Process Flow

Initial Approval

Availability of commercial activity is confirmed through the Government Authority providing initial Business Activity and Legal Structure approval.

Name Reservation

Business name is reserved in accordance with UAQ Commercial Name Registration Guidelines as well as the Business Name regulations.

Issuing of Trade License

Business license is generated when all necessary documentation is submitted and approved by the Government Authority (Trade License Issued by UAQ Freezone).

Establishment Card/Immigration

To carry out the processes of residency visa and labor formalities, the employer will register an entity with immigration.

Visa Application

Once an establishment card has been issued, the employer can submit a complete application for a residency visa, which includes an entry permit (Visa), obtaining a medical test, Emirates ID, and residency stamp.

Open Bank Account

Banks require the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) and compliance procedures. A government authority will assist with opening of a corporate bank account or a freelance bank account with banks allowed by the U.A.E.
